Sustainability is the ability to exist and develop without depleting natural resources for the future. In simple words When individuals and society provide for their own needs without ruining the prospects of their children and grandchildren, that’s sustainability. A sustainable society must be socially responsible, focussing on environmental protection and dynamic equilibrium in human and natural systems. We cannot maintain our Earth’s ecosystems or continue to function as we do if more sustainable choices are not made.Clean air and nontoxic atmospheric conditions, growth of resources that can be relied upon, and water quality and cleanliness, are all benefits of sustainability.
